1. Before using a newly purchased tiller, carefully read the product manual, including the functional overview and instructions for assembly and adjustment; consult the dealer if you have any questions.
2. After correctly assembling the new machine, fill it with the proper amounts of fuel, lubricating oil, and coolant. An initial break-in period is essential to ensure proper component mating; the machine requires at least 50 hours of no-load break-in operation, during which each gear in the transmission should be run in. Once the break-in is complete, drain the lubricating oil, clean the system, and refill with fresh oil before gradually introducing a working load.
3. Before putting the tiller to work, verify that fuel, lubricating oil, and coolant levels are sufficient. Start the machine and allow it to warm up before commencing operation.
4. After operation, inspect, clean, or replace the "three filters" (air, fuel, and oil filters). Carefully check and clean the filter elements; tighten, adjust, and lubricate moving parts; and troubleshoot or eliminate any potential issues.
5. Change the lubricating oil and the "three filters" regularly or based on usage conditions. If a malfunction occurs that cannot be resolved on-site, contact professional maintenance personnel immediately; do not attempt to disassemble the machine without proper expertise.
6. When the tiller is not in use, start it periodically to lubricate the components and maintain the machine in good standby condition.
