The 3WF-600 is a backpack-type power duster built for efficient crop protection, orchard management, and sanitary disinfection. Driven by the 1E46FP engine, it delivers powerful airflow for both dry dusting and liquid spraying. It features a 1.5 L fuel tank, a 14L and 20 L chemical tank, giving users a practical balance between running time and working capacity. The detailed parameter configuration can be found below.
The chemical tank is made of corrosion-resistant milky-white PE. Its wide orange screw lid makes filling, emptying, and cleaning quick and easy. A metering knob controls the feed rate of powder or liquid, allowing precise adjustment for different agrochemicals and application densities.
The engine is mounted on a sturdy base and paired with padded backpack straps. This design spreads weight evenly across the shoulders and back, reducing operator fatigue during long hours in the field. The built-in fan generates strong, stable airflow. In dusting mode, dry powder is lifted and atomized for uniform coverage. In spraying mode, a simple accessory change converts the airflow into a fine mist that penetrates dense foliage and tall canopies.
The air delivery system includes a flexible corrugated hose, a curved rigid spray pipe, and an ergonomic throttle handle. The spray tube can be adjusted for upward, horizontal, or angled application, making it suitable for orchards, tea gardens, vineyards, field crops, greenhouses, livestock farms, warehouses, and public areas. It also handles lime powder spreading, forest pest prevention, and humidity regulation.
